• Bachelors in Telecom /IT/ Computer systems or equivalent with minimum 1 years' Experience. (Must be registered with SEC) 
• Network certification is preferred. 
• Global VSAT Forum (GVF) certificate is preferred. 
• Familiar with telecommunications equipment and prefer to have an experience in Satellite 
• and network devices such as router & switches. Monitoring network devices remote sites devices. 
• Valid driver's license. 
• Problem solving and capable to work alone and as team member. 
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. 
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and drive for long distance.

Job Description:

• Candidate can work in Morning/Evening/night shifts in NOC. 
• Remote Area travel by vehicles/Airplanes to customer sites out of the city onshore & offshore. 
• Physical work activities such as preventive maintenance, installations, corrective maintenance and perform cabling, termination working on heights and expose to outside environment conditions such as weather and dusts. 
• Follow the safety procedures to prevent personal harm or damage to equipment during the work. 
• Maintaining accurate records involving services requested, hours worked and miles driven. 
• Good analytics skills to performing troubleshooting when customers experience interruptions. 
• Customer oriented by adhere to their requests and fulfill their requirements on the site. 
• Carrying equipment and loading/unload from building or offices to mobilize to customer sites. 

• Install network devices and perform configurations and troubleshooting when required.
  

Minimum 7-10 years' experience plus iDirect system and other Hub systems certificate, Strong network experience, Iqama or can be recruit through a visa.

• Hand on experience on Idirect & Newtec and other hub Tecnology. 
• Familiar with telecommunications equipment and to have an experience in Satellite and network devices such as router & switches. Monitoring network devices remote sites devices. 
• Valid driver's license. 
• Problem solving and capable to work alone and as team member. 
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Five (5) years experience shall have VSAT system experience and technical support, previous field experience and preferred in oil and gas. Iqama or can be recruit from OOK.
